What types of Season Passes do you offer?

In 2026, Spartan offers three types of Season Passes to suit your racing needs!

Spartan France Season Pass

Access to all France and Andorra OCR regular season event weekends in 2026
Includes entry to the France and Andorra core OCR regular season distances:
- Sprint, Super, & Beast Races in 2026
Including all heat types:
- Elite, Age Group, and Open

Spartan Ultra Season Pass

Access to all France and Andorra OCR regular season event weekends in 2026
Includes entry to the France and Andorra core OCR regular season distances:
- Sprint, Super, & Beast Races in 2026
Includes entry to France and Andorra regular season Endurance events:
- Ultra, and Hurricane Heat* events in 2026
Including all heat types:
- Elite, Age Group, and Open

Spartan Europe Pass

Access to up to 15 races across Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain in 2026
Includes entry to core OCR regular season distances:
- Sprint, Super, & Beast Races in 2026
Includes entry to regular season Endurance events:
- Ultra, and Hurricane Heat* events in 2026
Including all heat types:
- Elite, Age Group, and Open

What are the full benefits of 2026 Spartan Season Passes?

France Season Pass

Entry into all 2026 regular season Sprint, Super, and Beast events
Valid for registration in all heats (subject to heat availability)
Open Sprint Buddy Passes
- Valid for three 2026 Sprint events at €60 each
- Only valid for regular season events
- Open Heats only
- Only included with 2026 Season, Ultra Season and Europe Passes that are purchased before December 31st, 2025.

Ultra Season Pass

ALL THE ABOVE
Entry into the following 2026 regular season OCR and Endurance event weekends in France/Andorra
- Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra, and Hurricane Heats*

Europe Pass

Entry into the following 2026 regular season OCR and Endurance event weekends across Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain in 2026 for a total of 15 races
- Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra, and Hurricane Heats*
Open Sprint Buddy Passes
- Valid for three 2026 Sprint events at €60 each
- Only valid for regular season events
- Open Heats only
- Only included with 2026 Season, Ultra Season and Europe Passes that are purchased before December 31st, 2025.

- Only included with 2026 Season, Ultra Season and Europe Passes that are purchased before December 31st, 2025

How do I sign up with my Season Pass?

Find an event on our website
Click on the Register button at the top of the event page you choose
When prompted, log in to your Spartan Account using the same email address you used to purchase your pass
Select your preferred start time to see your registration discounted 100% (excluding racer add-on fees, taxes, and any admin fees). If you do not see the race entry discounted, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance before proceeding.

How do I use my benefits?

Ultra Season Pass, France Season Pass and Europe Pass Benefits:

Race registration benefits:
- Your France Season Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2026 regular season France/Andorra events
- Your Ultra Season Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2026 regular season France/Andorra and Endurance events
- Your Europe Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2026 regular season and Endurance events across Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain
Open Sprint Buddy Passes:
- Codes will be emailed to pass holders
- Share the codes with your buddies, and they can enter them into the promotion field during registration
- Buddy Pass Codes expire on December 31st, 2026
- Only included with 2026 Season, Ultra Season and Europe Passes that are purchased before December 31st, 2025
Free Digital Race Photos
- Only included with Ultra Season and Europe Passes that are purchased before December 31st, 2025
- Only valid for 2026 France/Andorra events for Ultra Season Pass holders
- Valid for Andorra, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain for Europe Pass holders
- One package per pass holder per event
- Photos cannot be transferred to other races or different events
- Photos will be automatically uploaded without watermarks to the pass holders' Spartan Account within 72 hours after the event weekend
- Only valid for registrations that are directly purchased with the 2026 Season Pass
- Racers will receive an email once photos are available to view

Can I share my pass with a friend if I am not attending an event?

No. The pass is only valid for the person it is registered to. If your pass is used to register someone else, their order will be canceled, and your pass will be revoked with no refunds given. There is a zero-tolerance policy on Season Pass abuse.

*Can I use my pass on Hurricane Heats?

The 2026 France Season Pass does not include entry Hurricane Heats
The 2026 Ultra Season and Europe Passes includes entry to 4-Hour Hurricane Heats only
- Not valid for 12HR or 24 HR Hurricanes Heats

What else do I need to know?

Passes will not cover any Processing or Add-On Fees
- Racers will be responsible for paying these fees during registration
Passes do not guarantee entry into a sold-out heat
- Register early to guarantee your spot!
Your pass is valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event
Current or past registrations cannot be credited toward the cost of a pass
Special races, including charity races, championship events, series races, or events put on by Spartan's partners, are not included with your pass
The Passes do not cover parking, merchandise, travel, or entry to DEKA, international, third-party events, or World Championship heats
The purchase of the Passes do not automatically register you for any particular event or guarantee entry to any event or heat
- You must use your pass to register for the event you'd like to participate in
The Passes cannot be applied to Kids events
Registrations purchased with your pass cannot be upgraded to other events
The 2026 Season, Ultra Season and Europe Pass is only valid for races in 2026 and expires on December 31st, 2026
Spartan reserves the right to update, change, remove, or modify pass benefits at any time without compensation
Spartan reserves the right to update, change, remove, or modify race schedules and event access at any time without compensation
All benefits listed on this FAQ are valid ONLY for the 2026 Season Pass, Ultra Season Pass and Europe Pass
Use of the Season Pass, Ultra Season Pass and Europe constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as all of the standard Spartan event policies

Do you offer Refunds or Transfers?

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable
Add-on and processing fees for registrations completed with your Season Pass cannot be refunded or transferred to future events or other racers
If you register for an event using your Season Pass and are unable to attend, your paid fees will be forfeited
The pass cannot be put on hold due to injury, moving, or any other reason
